  1. Hey Coach! Is it ok to take the recovery drink for the first snack and than take the Shakeology for lunch? I heard it’s really not recommend to take drink next to another meal, or can you just tell me what you did, would be alot better .. hope to hear from you soon

  2. Hi Carolina! You sould take the Results and Recovery drink only after doing an intense wout. I personally like to thave my Shakeology for breakfast. However, if your goal is weight loss, then you can replace anyone of your major meals with it.
